Businesses have no divine right to succeed.

As competitive pressures and customer expectations continue to rise, it’s your people that will ultimately make the difference.

The key to a bright future is brilliant people. It’s as simple as that!

Workshops

The ‘Art of Brilliance’ team understands that business culture change starts and ends with attitude. If we can cultivate a ‘can do’ attitude then anything is possible so all our workshops are front loaded with positive psychology.

All our corporate programmes focus on subjects at the cutting edge of the leadership development spectrum. We facilitate training at all levels and for all abilities. Our specialist areas include subjects that make up ‘The Art of Being Brilliant’, namely leadership, emotional intelligence, the massive goal principle, NLP, change, team dynamics, communication, customer care, quality improvement, attitudes, personal effectiveness, appreciative inquiry, influencing and coaching. We don’t ‘dabble’ in training. If we can’t do it brilliantly we won’t do it at all.

Keynotes

Perfect if your people need a boost. We are not ‘motivational speakers’ (that’s sooo cheesy), but we are motivated speakers (I guess that might sound cheesy too?). Our promise is no ‘rah rah’, punching the air or whooping with glee. We are real world. Life’s tough. And exhausting! We deliver very simple messages that are 100% doable at work and home. Oh, and some laughs too!

Customer Testimonials

  1. Hi Andy,  As discussed earlier today I attended your training day yesterday on the art of being brilliant, I was one of the quieter ones but I hope you didn't view this as being uninterested as it was quite the opposite, you captivated me right from the start.  You made a bold statement at the start of the training stating that what you were about to tell us would change our lives. I firmly believe this to be the truth and I will be working hard putting your teachings into practice to achieve the goal of becoming a 2%er and influencing others to aim to achieve the same results (particularly the Scottish, I want to get their numbers up!!).  You had such a profound impact on me that even the 6 hour drive up north didn't seem so bad as I knew I was heading in the right direction both in the way of getting home and how I wish to be perceived by and influence others.

The Art of Brilliance was superb, we had over 100 managers attend the sessions and I’ve been overwhelmed with positive comments from managers across all levels of the service up to Chief Executive!  They particularly liked the fact that the concepts and ideas were accessible and not overly academic, with a real customer focus throughout. We were very impressed by Andy Cope and his delivery; he knew his audience, had researched the organisation beforehand to find out what the managers needed and what stage they were at.  He was engaging, funny, inspirational and spot-on!  The Chief Executive and Director of Operations thought that it was exactly what the organisation needed. I would wholeheartedly recommend The Art of Brilliance.
