Brilliant Schools
For teachers this means exposure to cutting edge business and educational training, including the principles of positive psychology, appreciative enquiry, coaching, NLP and accelerated learning. ‘The Art of being Brilliant’ is the perfect INSET day (you need to include ALL staff, including cleaners, catering, TAs, caretaker and lollypop lady!).
For parents it means a series of flexible workshops that explore issues around personal development, enabling them to inspire their children as well as offering the best possible support they can. A one hour ‘Art of Being Brilliant’ for parents is an absolute must. For children, it’s about recognizing how their own attitudes and behaviours impact massively on their lives as well as on those around them (including parents and teachers). They are encouraged to learn excellent new habits. It’s also about supporting children through the habit forming process and helping them un-learn bad habits of attitude and negative thinking. Perfect for years 6 to 13.

Customer Testimonials
Excellent - Andy was inspirational. I would like to have heard more.
(Secondary Governor)My husband and I attended your talk at xxxx School last night and I wanted to pass on our thanks. I must admit to being a little sceptical at first but we both left feeling very positive and inspired. My 16 year old son attended during the day and whilst its "not cool" to actually admit to having enjoyed it, when talking to him afterwards he remembered and understood a lot of what you had talked about and hopefully, with encouragement will take the ideas on board.
Extremely relevant to anyone working within schools and charged with inspiring young minds! (Also, very entertaining)
(Primary Teacher/Governor)Very inspiring. If we could all be in the top tier our kids at school could change the world.
(Primary Governor)Andy, I was a delegate at the xxxxx conference in Leicester this week, and just wanted to say a big thank you for refreshing my tired and de-motivated "software". In just an hour, you managed to not only put a smile on my face, but that smile has lasted all week, and is contagious... they seem to appear everywhere I go, at work, and at home. I intend fully to keep this smile on my face against all odds, and when people ask me how I can be so positive, vibrant, and motivated, I will point them in your direction. I have two primary school age children and I am looking forward to the time when your workshops are part of the agenda for schools across the country. Your approach, although simple, and easily applied, is life changing stuff, no strike that, world changing stuff. Thank you Andy, you’re a real 2%er.
(primary teacher)Since the session I have been a lot more positive with my son who is 4. I have been asking him what’s been good, brilliant or fantastic about his day and he has been telling me a lot more about what he's been getting up to. I also created a positive chair for him rather than making him sit on the naughty step. He's usually only naughty when he is tired so sitting him on a positive chair makes him start to laugh and he can't help but be in a better mood. I lost my temper a bit with him last week and threatened him with the naughty step and he said 'what about the positive chair' so I put him on a chair and exaggerated its effects hey presto his grumpy bad mood lifted.
