I'm beginning to think that 'soft skills' is a complete misnomer.
What exactly is 'soft' about being able to demonstrate resilience, leadership, happiness, confidence, integrity and compassion?
What is soft about being able to tune into people's emotions and get on their wavelength?
What is soft about being able to use these qualities to help you adapt to the constantly changing world?
Soft skills? Was somebody taking the mick?
These are very hard skills indeed!
