Having witnessed how ‘resourcefulness and resilience’ training changed the lives of people in Cadbury and Mondelez International, she is keen to spread the word to people earlier in their careers and from all social backgrounds.
Anthea is passionate about unlocking the potential of individuals and teams, and developing people to be at their best. She has a degree in Psychology, is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), and is a qualified leadership coach.
Happiness for Anthea is walking to school barefoot as a child in New Zealand; setting and achieving huge goals like completing a marathon midnight walk, a 120-mile in a day cycle ride and her first mini triathlon. She also loves the simple things in life like a walk in the park with her husband, two teenage sons and her gorgeous Australian Labradoodle, Barney.
Anthea is excited to be one of the newest members of the Art of Brill team and loves working with corporates, in schools and with people from disadvantaged backgrounds.
