With burnout and mental health stats going the wrong way, Alive and Kicking is an opportunity to wrestle your mojo back.

This session takes a proactive approach to mental health, introducing a host of self-care strategies that will enable you to be your own first responder.

ALIVE AND KICKING is about learning to have less on your mind. It’s a nudge from knowing to doing. Wisdom is NOT taking a break because you're exhausted... it's taking a break 'before' you're exhausted.

This workshop will...

  • Provide a proactive approach to mental health (i.e. helps prevent burnout, exhaustion and mental ill-health)
  • Cover the keystone habits of eat/move/sleep
  • Provide ideas and solutions that are applicable at work and home
  • Enable staff to take better care of their own psychological, emotional and physical wellbeing
  • Result in upgraded energy, optimism and enthusiasm
  • Complement and support your existing wellbeing strategy
