Hence, if life is available like a supermarket ‘special offer’ and it has a ‘best before date’, the temptation is to cram more in. Look around and you’ll see an epidemic of ‘hurried person syndrome’. With so much to do and so little time, it seems to make sense to have your finger on the fast-forward button.
The NOW-FACTOR is counter-intuitive. With an epidemic of mental ill-health, we dare to ask a series of challenging questions, starting with; we’re living life fast, but are we living it well?
