I’m hosting a five-day immersive retreat designed to help change finally stick. You’ll step away from daily noise, challenge the beliefs that keep you stuck, and learn practical tools alongside experienced facilitators and a small group of like-minded people ready for something different.

What’s included
Your place covers 4 nights’ accommodation on the island, daily science-backed workshops in neuroscience, positive psychology and NLP, daily Wim Hof breathwork sessions, an NLP transformation experience, breakfasts, light lunch and dinners from a private chef(vegetarian, with GF options available), a welcome pack with journal and daily prompt cards, plus ongoing access to the Accountability Club community after you leave.
