Society has ‘influencers’ and, like it or not, if you’re a senior leader, you are one. This is a bespoke programme for the senior leadership team, drip fed into their busy schedule. Typically 5 or 6 days spread over a year, with individual coaching to help embed the learning. The programme is designed to be great fun but also very challenging. The aim is to create world class senior leadership teams who are both inspired and inspiring.

Format:
Flexible. Typically, phase 1 aligns where you are now with where you want to be and phase 2 makes it happen. The senior team is empowered to create their own programme according to their own needs. Supported by ZOOM or MS Teams and 1:1 coaching is strongly recommended.
