Mindfulness

Everybody dies, but not everybody lives. Or at least, they don’t properly experience the wonder of a life truly well lived. The world is too stimulating. We end up anxious, stressed or fearful. Young people seek solace in ‘stuff’, celebrity worship or an online community of Facebook strangers.

Mindfulness is a life-support system that keeps you sane in a crazy world. This workshop introduces children to a series of happiness techniques, including ‘HYGGE’, ‘mindfulness’ and the ‘beautiful ordinary’. Best of all, we challenge you to ‘do less’ and ‘be more’.
