Mindfulness is a life-support system that keeps you sane in a crazy world. This workshop introduces children to a series of happiness techniques, including ‘HYGGE’, ‘mindfulness’ and the ‘beautiful ordinary’. Best of all, we challenge you to ‘do less’ and ‘be more’.
