Launch of Lead-Well for Education

Do you have a passion for wellbeing? Do you want to make a huge difference? Do you think the wellbeing curriculum in your school, college or university could be better?

In which case, listen up. We have developed a brand new programme, called LEAD WELL, which is about creating a culture in which everyone can flourish. Initially aimed at education, it’s for anyone in a school, college or university who wants to do something different from the current wellbeing narrative and wants to make a significant difference to their students (and staff).

If you lead wellbeing (or could do in the future), or if you want to become someone to be reckoned with in the field of Positive Psychology, LEAD WELL is for you.

We have designed an immersive 4 day programme, which is an extensive exploration of positive psychology and the strategies that have a positive impact on how we live and experience life. The course will equip you to lead wellbeing in your setting, design and implement a meaningful wellbeing curriculum and be part of the wellbeing revolution. You will get access to teaching activities and resources and by joining the programme you also get to be part of a community of educators all with the same aim, to do wellbeing well.

The current narrative of ‘waiting for people to be ill and then fixing them’ is all well and good, but the Art of Brilliance approach has always been preventative. Coming from the other end of the wellbeing spectrum, it’s perfectly possible to build a culture where staff, pupils and students begin to take responsibility for their own mental health. By embedding the principles of Positive Psychology into your setting, there will be less need to fix people, leaving more time to help you develop your learners into amazing people.

Join us for the first ever LEAD WELL programme. We have designed and planned it to be the most impactful training course you’ve ever been on. Full details and course content here – link to webpage
