In fact, according to Brian Tracy, 85% of the joy we have in life comes from our interactions with other people – and, you guessed it, so do 85% of our difficulties.
Different strokes
Real diversity within a team is absolutely essential for success – and when not understood the same diversity can be the greatest pitfall. But when it comes to working with others, individuals are often thrown together into ‘teams’ without any real understanding of team dynamics. This leads to frustration, conflict and teams who neither understand nor trust one another.
How a team interact and connect is absolutely critical to its success. There are three fundamental components of a high performance team: Potential, Connection and Reason This session, available as a 90 minute, half day or full day workshop, focuses on the messy one in the middle. Assuming you have the right people on the bus and you know where you are going – how on earth can you get them to really connect and work together as a high performance team?
