Our Lead Well course is for anyone who is interested in their own and others’ wellbeing. Whether you are a wellbeing lead and wanting to positively improve the culture of your workplace or are keen to learn some tools and strategies to apply at home, this programme is for you.
With anxiety, panic attacks, stress and depression on the rise, we believe it’s time for a new approach. While traditional training continues to focus on what’s wrong with people, it’s time to look at what’s right.
The Art of Brilliance Lead Well programme is radically different. In a world where there’s a lot of talk about ‘best self’, Lead Well teaches you how. It’s for those who want to change the narrative. It’s for those who want to take action. It’s for those who really will make a difference.
Learning Outcomes:
- Understand the basics of Positive Psychology and how we can learn so much from the people traditional Psychology has ignored.
- Learn simple techniques to develop positive emotions more frequently which will help you have more better days than bad ones.
- Understand the voice in your head (yes, we all have one) and how you can manage it.
- Develop techniques that will help make you even more resilient than you currently are.
- Create stronger connections with friends, family and colleagues.
- Develop an environment in which people are equipped with the knowledge, skills and attitudes to take charge of their own mental health.
- Learn how to show up in the present moment and retrain your attention span.
- Understand the importance of self-care and how looking after yourself is the least selfish thing you can do.
- Learn about the power of how small habits add up to big goals helping you reach your full potential and step out of your comfort zone.
Schedule
The Lead Well programme consists of four, one-hour webinars as well as a check-in/catch-up webinar to regroup after the programme has finished. The webinars are scheduled for one a week, with the first being on 20th May. The content of the webinars looks like this;

- Goal setting and habits
- Self-care and device use
Workshop 5 (1 hour)
- This is a catch-up session where delegates get a chance to regroup, share and celebrate what you have done
All the sessions will be recorded so that you can re-watch or catch-up on any of the sessions.
