Five reasons NOT to work with us

Our training and keynotes aren’t for everyone – Here are 5 reasons NOT to work with Art of Brilliance:

  1. If your team is already buzzing with positivity, confidence and creativity, please give us a miss. You’ve nailed it. Your fizzing!
  2. Your leaders are inspired and inspiring. They’ve got to grips with the ‘new normal’ and are smashing their targets. They come home from work and rejoice in a day well lived. Again, nice one. Job’s a guddun. You’re already brilliant.
  3. Let me guess, costs are under control, people are making smart decisions and your customers are raving fans of yours. They’re all over social media saying how amazing you are. To be honest, you really don’t need us to help you with the WOW-factor. You’ve already got it! Go you!
  4. The revolution is well underway. Staff wellbeing is already your top priority. You’ve moved beyond talking a good talk and you’re actually investing in workshops and webinars that elevate staff towards being their best self (at home and work). As a result, there is no sluggishness in your teams. No siree! You’ve banished that Monday morning feeling. You. Are. Amazing!
  5. There’s not a lot of stress in your area of work. Burnout, nah. Anxiety, you’re joking. It’s all under control. You’ve created a culture of psychological safety and, hand on heart, it’s a world class working environment. Purpose, strengths, resilience, gratitude, confidence, passion; all sorted. People are willingly going the extra mile every single day.

If you’re ticking the boxes above you should stay well away from Art of Brilliance. You’ve already got what we can give you.

Keep up the good work and have yourself a stellar 2023.

Everyone else, drop me an email and we’ll get cracking.
