Our world famous workshop ‘The Art of Being Brilliant’ introduces Positive Psychology (the science of human flourishing) with the aim of raising the bar to ‘personal best’.

The truth is simple – if we want students who are confident, resilient, creative, motivated, empathetic, agile, and who have real purpose in their lives, they need to be taught how.

In a world where there’s a lot of talk about ‘best self’, this session shows them how.
