Positive Psychology is a brand new area of science. As well as helping those who are languishing, Positive Psychology also looks at those who are flourishing – what can we learn from people who are functioning at their best and how can we apply those lessons to the wider population?
Our WELLBEING AWARD is preventative. By equipping people with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes to take charge of their own mental health, they can build a buffer against uncertainty and change.
The Art of Brilliance WELLBEING AWARD comprises 6 modules, each mapped against the building blocks that enable human flourishing: Positive Emotion, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, Accomplishment and Health.
Although the PERMAH model has a strong academic underpinning – its DNA is taken from the latest thinking in areas of psychology, resilience, wellbeing and human flourishing – the WELLBEING AWARD is delivered with a deliberately light touch.
The aim is to deliver a fun and interactive programme that includes a host of practical and do-able wellbeing strategies that are applicable to everyday life.
The Art of Brilliance WELLBEING AWARD is the first of its kind. It is rooted in the modern world and is designed to inspire and educate, as well as equip people with a set of life-skills that help them transition from languishing to flourishing.
